Refund policy

Effective Date : 24 August 2026. www.wyzefoods.com

VIP Reservation Cancellation

Once successfully paid, the Rs. 19 VIP reservation cannot ordinarily be cancelled by the customer for a voluntary refund. A customer's change of mind does not create a refund entitlement.

If WYZE Launches

If WYZE launches: the VIP coupon will be activated; the customer will have 90 calendar days to use it; Rs. 19 will be adjusted against the qualifying purchase if the coupon is redeemed; and if the customer does not purchase or allows the coupon to expire, the Rs. 19 will not be refunded.

If WYZE Does Not Launch

If WYZE officially declares that the planned product launch is cancelled or will not proceed: the applicable VIP coupons will be cancelled; and eligible Rs. 19 reservations will be refunded. WYZE intends to initiate eligible refunds approximately 7-14 business days following the applicable cancellation/refund process. Actual receipt of the refund may take additional time depending on the customer's bank, Razorpay, UPI provider, card network or other payment provider.

Launch Delays

A delay in R&D, manufacturing, testing, regulatory work, ingredient procurement or another launch activity does not constitute cancellation. The estimated three-to-six-month launch period is not a guaranteed deadline. A refund becomes applicable under this policy when WYZE officially communicates that the relevant launch will not proceed, rather than merely because the launch has been delayed.

Payment Errors

Nothing in this policy restricts rights that a customer may have under applicable law or payment-provider rules in relation to an unauthorized, duplicate, erroneous or otherwise improperly processed transaction. Customers experiencing a payment issue should contact support@wyzefoods.com and provide available transaction details.

Refund Method

Add your policy copy here.Where possible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Where this is not technically possible, WYZE may use another lawful refund mechanism supported by the relevant payment or banking provider.
